RESERVATION POLICY
​
You must pre-register for each class and/or workshop in order to receive the Zoom link and attend.
​
All registered participants will receive the Zoom link 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
​
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no cancellations once you have made a reservation. However, if you miss a class for unforeseen circumstances, email info@robertmoseskin.org to receive a voucher to use for any future KINDance Class. You have 48 hours from the end of any missed class to request your voucher.
KINDance, Robert Moses’ Kin Online reserves the rights to cancel class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. At the event of class cancellation, students will receive an email 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time. All students registered will receive a voucher to use for any future KINDance Class.
If a teacher does not show for class, all students will receive a voucher to use for any future KINDance Class.

LATE POLICY
To be respectful to other students, the instructor, and to prevent injuries, any student who arrives more than 15 minutes past the beginning of class will not be admitted into class.
In the event that you arrive past the cut-off time, you are eligible to receive a voucher to use for any future KINDance Class. You have 48 hours from the end of any missed class to request your voucher.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

LIABILITY WAIVER
In consideration of the opportunity afforded me to participate in the dance training offered by Robert Moses’ Kin and KINDance Online, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, guardians, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Robert Moses’ Kin for any and all costs, losses, damages, liabilities or claims (including without limitation arising from the negligence of any injury, accidents, illnesses (including death) or property loss, which may accrue to me in connection with any activity by me whatsoever with Robert Moses’ Kin.
I grant Robert Moses’ Kin, its representatives and employees, the right to take photographs, film or video images of me and my property while taking part in classes and workshops. I agree that Robert Moses’ Kin may use such photographs or videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content. You may opt out of photographs/videos at registration. Opting out will not affect your eligibility to participate in KINDance classes.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. This agreement remains in effect for as long as I participate in any dance classes and/or workshops through KINDance, Robert Moses’ Kin Online.
